VINYASA YOGA

 The essence of this practice is to coordinate movement with breathing through a series of postures (asanas), which provide strength and flexibility, thus ensuring that the entire body is constantly oxygenated.

Vinyasa yoga practice requires fluid breathing that produces the energy drive for movement.

Vinyasa literally means movements synchronized with breathing.

It is a very active dynamic and strong yoga. This practice is designed for people in good physical condition.

The poses are linked by dynamic movements synchronized with the breath, combining precision of placement and aesthetics of movement.

Vinyasa Yoga builds strength and flexibility, and provides considerable cardiovascular benefit and a higher level of fitness for all practitioners.

The practice includes 50 minutes of work on asanas and sequences and 10 minutes of relaxation-meditation, aromatherapy and massage.
