In the Pilates Springboard, a wood attached to the wall is involved, with resistances of different degrees and that are regulated in height by means of manual pegs. In this way it gives room for multiple applications according to the objectives that we want to achieve.

 

WHAT IS SPRINGBOARDING PILATES?

In traditional Pilates, work with elements such as the floor or fitness balls is favored to gently work the muscles. 

Pilates Springboard is the combination of Pilates with machine support to optimize training.

There is a wide variety of exercises with different postures   and levels that favor significant changes in both static and dynamic muscles and the Core. 

This type of training reaches levels that multiply the effects of conventional Pilates.

This practice is considered suitable for different ages, sex and physical condition.  They are very effective exercises for people who need some type of rehabilitation, for pregnant and postpartum women and rehabilitation for therapeutic purposes.
